returns policy

all items must be 
unworn, un washed, the original tags intact and not damaged
swimwear and underwear (male and female) are non returnable

returns from uk addresses are free
you have 14 days of receiving your parcel to notify us of a return request and to post the items back to us
visit the RETURNS FORM PAGE and fill out the form and someone from our team will be in touch within 24 hours
we will email you a returns label which you can print out and stick to your parcel
all returns are handled by royal mail so you will need to post at a royal mail post office
please keep your postage receipt until we have confirmed we have the parcel.

after the items are checked you will receive a refund within a week

any items that are non returnable or have been worn/ damaged or have the tags removed will not be refunded
only the cost of items will be refunded , not the postage you pay

Returns are free for uk addresses 1 per parcel, so if you return an item and then decide to return another item seperately from the same order you will have to pay the cost of the return yourself and sort out the return yourself

where we suspect fraudulent activity, including but not limited to circumstances where there are suspicious claims relating to orders having been placed, but not received, or if we suspect that you are returning items after they have been used or worn or items that do not match what you have orderd, we reserve the right to withhold refunds and block your account and associated accounts from placing orders in the future.
